A full renovation and interior transportation from lawyers office to apartments.
The design and the construction project consists two lawyers office in one floor changed to apartments for rent. One office was changed to three bedroom apartment and the second and smaller office to studio apartment.
The demanding point was that at the first office the kitchen area transported to third bedroom because of the needs of the client to plus an extra room so , we transformed a small corridor to a functional new kitchen. The second office to studio apartment didn’t had a kitchen at all, so because of the tiny and restricted area we squeezed a functional small kitchen with bar counter.
